Power Spectrum of Large Scale Structure

The large scale structure data as compiled by Peacock & Dodds (1994) as compared with the predicted power spectrum in the so called cosmic concordance model. Also shown is the same model but with a 1 eV neutrino. Data in regions where systematic effects in the data and linear reconstruction make interpretations suspect are shown in outline.

The same models as above but compared with the expected precision of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (Bright Red Galaxy) showing the potential of Sloan for recovering subtle effects in the dark matter sector.
